Need to send something back?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Requests received after 14 days are considered at Badeloft USA’s discretion. If you would like to exchange a product for another Badeloft USA product, please contact us to discuss the available options.

• Returns require prior authorization. Please submit a return request before sending any product back.
• Returned products must be in like-new, resellable condition and include all original packaging. Products without complete original packaging cannot be accepted.
• The customer is responsible for the original outbound shipping cost and the return shipping cost.
• A 10% restocking and handling fee applies to all approved returns.

1. Submit the return-request form below with your order and product details.
2. Our team reviews the request and responds within 1–2 business days.
3. Return shipping can be arranged by you, or Badeloft can help arrange it. Return-shipping payment is requested up front.
4. Once the return has been received and inspected, the original order price is refunded within 3 business days, less applicable shipping and restocking fees.

Please include clear details about the issue in your request. For shipping damage or a product concern, photographs of the product and packaging help our team review the request quickly.
