An excellent service.
The freestanding bathtub BW03 and the wash basin WB03 with their slightly curved design are the highlights of our bathroom. But not only the design is the best, also the quality is good. We had the best experience with delivery, customer service and friendliness.

Very nice and helpful customer service. Top quality, I have been using a bathtub and washbasin for around a year without any problems. However, you should take into consideration that the matt surfaces require a little bit more effort to clean (I underestimated this).

We are over the moon with our wonderful bathtub, as well as the delivery and service of Badeloft. One small drawback, returns are not accepted for sinks that have had tap-holes drilled into them (or rather, we were offered two small bath cushions). We would have liked to have known about this rule in advance, because our reason for return was because of a measuring error (on our side), but unfortunately we were not informed.
Badeloft leaves nothing to be desired. The exceptionally beautiful bathtubs are as satisfying to look at as they are to bath in.
Bathing in a freestanding bathtub from Badeloft is pure bliss, like a holiday in a spa resort. Just close your eyes, listen to some gentle meditation music and enjoy the scent of the aromatic candles.
